Re: Nasdaq - MNST (Monster Beverage)

Boa noite!!!
Deixo - vos esta nota:
"Monster Beverage Corp (NASDAQ:MNST) had 25 filers owning the beverage company at the end of 3Q to come in third. The energy drink company is down over 30% during the last six months on various concerns over the harmfulness of energy drinks. This could present a buying opportunity for investors, where Monster is expected to grow five-year earnings at 19% annually - the most of our five stocks. Sales grew by 30% in 2011 and are expected to continue their solid growth, with expectations of a 20% marginal increase by the end of this year. Driving this robust growth will be expansion efforts, where Monster recently launched in Ecuador, Hong Kong, Macau and Slovenia, and plans to launch in Chile, Peru and Singapore very soon. Billionaire Jim Simons was the top fund owner of those we track at the end of 3Q with over 3.3 million shares"
Em termos técnicos,

Monster Beverage jumps 13%, leads S&P 500
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Monster Beverage Corp. rallied nearly 13% to $46.20 in early trades on Wednesday, as the top gainer in the S&P 500 , after the company defended the safety of its energy drinks. The stock fell 10% on Tuesday. Monster said late Tuesday a 24-ounce can contains less caffeine than a 16-ounce cup of coffee. The company was reacting to a lawsuit and reports that the Food and Drug Administration has received word of five deaths citing its drinks. On Tuesday, Goldman Sachs removed Monster Beverage from its Conviction Buy list, but kept its buy rating on the stock. Analyst Judy Hong said the company's multiple has contracted over the past few months on regulatory scrutiny around energy drinks. "We do not believe these headlines will impact Monster's sales growth in the U.S. nor do we believe the ultimate legal and regulatory outcome will be a significantly onerous one," Hong said in a note to clients.
