Wereldhave Slides After Cutting Dividend Target: Amsterdam Mover

Wereldhave NV (WHA) fell the most in more than six years after the Dutch real estate company cut the value of property in the U.S. and the U.K., leading to a drop in dividend targets for this year and next.
Wereldhave fell as much as 10.2 percent in Amsterdam trading today, the largest drop since October 2005. The stock dropped 9 percent to 47.85 as of 9:35 a.m. Chief Executive Officer Hans Pars quit and will be replaced by Chief Financial Officer Dirk Anbeek, Wereldhave said in a statement.
Second-quarter indirect result, a measure of profit that includes valuation changes, will be negative, the company said. Wereldhave, based in The Hague, lowered the value of its U.S. assets by 128 million euros ($155 million) after renting apartments at a slower than expected pace and after receiving offers for some property that were below book value.
The company in February said it would sell its U.S. assets to focus on shopping centers in Western Europe. Wereldhave devalued its U.K. shopping centers by 37 million euros.
The negative property revaluation in the U.S. “leads to lower future earnings capacity for Wereldhave,” for the time being, the company said in the statement.
Wereldhave forecast a 2012 dividend of 3.20 euros to 3.40 euros per share, giving up on a goal of keeping shareholders’ payouts unchanged at 4.70 euros per share in the next two years.

Resultado da lateralização: Furou o suporte, fez o tradicional pullback e continuou a sua caminhada descendente. só tenho dúvidas se o próximo suporte será nos 55 ou nos 51.

Uma tendência negativa que vinha desde 2007 foi quebrada em Julho de 2009. contudo desde Agosto desse ano que lateraliza num trading range situado entre os 62,30 e os 70,8. recentemente quebra a Resistência mas poucos dias depois faz um Down Gag de quase 6%, vindo nos últimos 2 dias a testar o suporte do trading range.
A próxima semana poderá dar o indicador que faltará para uma abertura de posição.
