isto é perfeitamente normal...
se fores ao yahoo e fizeres uma pesquisa sobre venda de insiders da MSFT e da AAPL (por exemplo), vês que os directores exercem frequentemente opções (compram acções a preços mais baixos do que os actuais). Na AAPL vês que houve pessoas com alguma responsabilidade na empresa que venderam appl a 80USD e que nenhuma das acções indicadas lá foi feita a valores acima dos actuais (patos... a acção está hoje a 180), na MSFT vês que o Bill Gates vendeu cerca de 13M de acções em 2006 quando a acção estava a 24USD (quase nos mínimos desde 2001). Um bocado totó para o Bill Gates fazer quando a acção estava em mínimos... ou então estava a precisar de remodelar um quarto lá em casa...

Na prática os Directores e CEO's das empresas cotadas não podem beneficiar dos seus conhecimentos privilegiados para comprar ou vender acções da propria empresa, e certamente nenhum dos que estão aqui listados nesta recolha que encontrei feita num site americano estarão com essa intenção, penso eu... Aliás segundo algumas confidências que obtive a maior parte deles foi para trocar de carro que deram estas ordens, e houve dois ou três que disseram que era para fazer face ao aumento dos preços no supermercado, ainda um respondeu que era para a mulher pagar ao cabeleireiro.
