Errata= Onde se lê 7€ , 7,30-7,45€ etc etc FALTOU O ZERO(não sei porquê), logo é 70€.

Ou seja o stop-limit(profit)psicológico é 70,00€

SOURCES FOR REVENUE

Oil and Natural Gas Sources

On March 10, 2006 ,: BDGR announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 70 additional oil and gas wells, 36 of which are currently in production at the rate of approximately 500 barrels per month. The remaining 34 wells will be in production by May 1, 2006. The Company expects the 70 wells in total to produce over 1400 barrels per month. The acquisition price for the properties was approximately $220,000.

On February 24, 2006, BDGR announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 70 additional oil and gas wells currently producing 400 to 700 barrels a month. The Company expects to recognize revenue from the acquisition in its first quarter ending March 31, 2006.

"We believe this acquisition of producing properties will generate significant cash flow for the Company," said Rick Michael, president of Black Dragon. "All of the leases are fully equipped so that we can bring them on line immediately. We can also add other wells and conduct in field drilling. Upon completion of this acquisition, the Company could produce 8,000 barrels for the month of February."

The Company is also evaluating other properties that can be acquired cost effectively and that generate strong cash flow.

On February 07, 2006 , Petrol Industries, Inc. announced that it has been awarded a contract to build a seven-mile gas pipeline for Black Dragon Resource Companies. Under the agreement, Petrol will build a pipeline connecting Black Dragon's Caddo Lake operations to the nearby existing built processing plant. Petrol will receive 15% of the gross production until it has as earned 150% of its construction cost. Petrol will receive a 12% override thereafter. The contract should add $750,000 to $1 million to the Company's revenue in 2006.

Petrol believes the pipeline will transport approximately thirty million Mcf a month for sixty days. This is expected to increase every month as Black Dragon's proposed drilling program continues.

"This contract represents another example of the potential for Petrol as an energy services company," said David A. Taylor, Petrol's President. "With the recent divestiture of our oil and gas production assets, we are ideally suited to grow revenue through our services division. Due to our extensive operating knowledge of the oil and gas industry in Louisiana, we have the knowledge and expertise to service emerging energy companies in the state."

Petrol Industries are a provider of products and services to the oil and gas industry. The Company provides and integrates products and services through exploration, development, production, operation and maintenance in the Louisiana and Texas regions.

On February 6, 2006 , BDGR announced that it completed the acquisition of the oil and gas mineral interest for 8,000 acres lying beneath the lake bed of Caddo Lake (the area known as Ferry Lake) in Caddo Parish, Louisiana from Gemini Exploration of Shreveport. Twelve wells are currently in production, and will immediately add to the Company's production and profitability. The acquisition increases the number of wells that the Company currently has an ownership interest in to 1,087.

The acquisition adds 2,000 barrels per month of oil production to Black Dragon and approximately 300 mcf of natural gas per day, and in excess of $100,000 per month to cash flow. The Department of Energy attributes over 2 billion barrels of oil in place to this acreage.

Black Dragon will immediately begin a drilling program on the acreage to exploit the Paluxy Sands (2300 feet below the surface) and shallower proven production zones. Initially two new wells per month will be drilled in areas previously proven but not exploited by Gulf Exploration. Gemini Exploration, with over 35 years experience in the field, will continue as the operator and drilling contractor for these new wells.

Black Dragon will continue the redevelopment of its Pine Island Anocha Chalk wells at current rates and intends on increasing producing wells from 300 to 800 this year.

The acquisition was purchased for $3.2 million, which was a combination of cash and notes. The management of Gemini Exploration includes Eugene Ducharme and Jim Vesselly, both long term veterans of the off-shore oil production business with over 50 years experience.

"This acquisition positions the company for strong growth in 2006," said Rick Michael, Black Dragon's President. "Our total production should exceed 1,000 barrels per day by the end of 2006."

Fresh Water Sources

Black Dragon Resources announced that it has acquired 30 acres of land located over an aquifer in the southern part if Texas known as Carrizo Springs.

The property, located in a foreign trade zone, includes a 40,000 square foot warehouse and pumping station that presently pumps 350 gallons of water per minute. New wells can be added, and larger pumps installed, in order to dramatically increase production. Management will also investigate the feasibility of installing a bottled water plant at this location.

According to the press release, this area in southern Texas and northern Mexico centers around many small towns which are currently being serviced from bottled water suppliers from Louisiana and further. These communities have expressed an interest in purchasing the water supply from Black Dragon in order to supplement their utilities. The company would receive grants for the construction of pipelines and towers to archive this goal.

INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

· Black Dragon has proven to be an innovative leader in the mature domestic oil and gas industry.

· The company is noted for its domestic oil and gas assets located in the Caddo Pine Island region of Louisiana.

· According to a March 2005 Department of Energy report of the major oil fields in Louisiana, Caddo Pine Island contains 2.06 billion barrels of Remaining Oil In-Place (ROIP), the richest field in the Onshore Gulf Coast basin.

· The company has no exploration risk. Black Dragon’s portfolio contains an ever-increasing number of producing wells.

· The outlook for energy prices continues to be positive.

· Favorable governmental environment exist to increase domestic production.

FINANCIALS

On February 13, 2006 , Black Dragon Resource Companies, Inc.’s President, Mr. Rick Michael announced today that Black Dragon Resources closed on a $2 million dollar financing which included the sale of restricted stock and the sale of a small working interest on Caddo Lake lease.

The $2 million financing gave Black Dragon the ability to close on the Caddo Lake leases and have enough working capital to drill seven new wells. The Caddo Lake leases currently produce approximately 2000 barrels of oil a month . Black Dragon will also sell the rights to construct a gas pipe line to Petrol Industries, Inc. for a small royalty override. Black Dragon will also concentrate on putting gas wells online during the construction period.

When the pipe line is finished Black Dragon expects cash flow of additional $156,000 starting sixty days after the gas pipe line is completed.

Apesar de já ter atingido o máximo(planeado) para investir em OTCBBs, por não ter saido de ebof.ob vou ser obrigado a recorrer a uma percentagem extra da carteira gab para fazer AVERAGE-Down em EBOF.OB.

Foi a 2,62$, se for a valores de 2,50$ ou abaixo vou fazer AVERAGE DOWN, pois feito a estes niveis o preço médio passa para casa dos 2,87$ o que me permite visionar que será de entrar pois após estas consecutivas quedas deverá aparecer 1-3 sessões de contra-trend, o que me permitirá eventualmente salvar trade.

Assumo e estou consciente de todos os perigos e riscos que é:
Fazer average-down.
Ter 20% da carteira exposto a um activo OTCbb e volátil como é EBOF.OB.

Andei toda s sessão a tentar uma entrada mas não consegui, nem mesmo a $1,20 (1000% de valorização).
volume/liquidez tb era pouca e dificultou imenso.

Entrada tb FALHADA; esteve no inicio da sessão a $0,10 a partir daí, quando me apercebi e pus ordem de compra a $0,10 jamais foi satisfeita, mesmo no fecho tb não consegui.

Acabei por fazer average-down em EBOF.OB sem ser necessário ultrapassar 30% de investimento da carteira GAB(Inicial) em OTCBBs & Pinks.

Nota sobre carteira:
Estou a ponderar e a considerar ALARGAR PERCENTAGEM da carteira GAB(inicial) a investir/especular em OTCBBs & Pinks.
Talvez alargar até 40-50%, nos casos de average-down(pois são averages de um time frame muito curto), mas não tenho ainda cálculos todos efectuados.
