Highest APRR bid tops 60 eur per share, Sanef tops 55, ASF tops 50 - report

PARIS (AFX) - Ferrovial unit Cintra offered more than 60 eur per share for the French government's 70.2 pct stake in Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhone (APRR), topping bids from Abertis, Autostrade and an Eiffage consortium, the daily La Tribune said, without citing sources.

Abertis made the highest bid for the state's 75.7 pct holding in Societe des Autoroutes du Nord et l'Est de la France (Sanef) at more than 55 eur per share, ahead of BTP Sacyr Vallehermoso unit Itinere, Cintra and Eiffage.

Vinci offered more than 50 eur per share for the government's 50.3 pct stake in Autoroutes du Sud de la France (ASF). It was the only bidder.

Some of the 10 bids received for the state's holdings were by the companies acting alone, and others involved consortia led by the companies

Cintra "buy," target price revised

LONDON, November 14 (newratings.com) - Analysts at Ibersecurities maintain their "buy" rating on Cintra (ticker: UFG). The target price has been revised to €13.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that Cintra’s performance is dependent on the performance of the company’s present concessions and growth via new projects in the short as well as long term. The sales and EBITDA CAGR estimates for 2005-2014 have been raised from 21% to 22% and from 23% to 25%, respectively
