Entretanto hoje:
July 14, 2005--Capstone Turbine Corporation(R) (www.microturbine.com) (Nasdaq:CPST), the world's leading manufacturer of microturbine energy systems, today announced that Underwriters Laboratories Inc. has confirmed that Capstone successfully completed certification testing on its new 30-kilowatt product specifically designed for hazardous oil & gas applications. This certification states that the 30-kilowatt product meets the stringent NEC Class I, Division 2, Groups C and D classification where explosive gases may be present under abnormal conditions.
According to the UL's Hazardous Locations Gas & Oil Group, which completed its certification testing of Capstone's 30R-SD4-ZJXX product last Monday, Capstone is the first stationary engine manufacturer to receive UL certification for NEC Class I, Division 2. The formal listing process will be completed in the next few weeks and will note that the 30-kilowatt Class I, Division 2, Groups C and D certification will be for hazardous area operating temperature class T2 (300 degrees C). The unit is protected with Type X pressurization in accordance with NFPA 496.

CPST (NAsdaq).
Estou dentro desde 1.06 e continua a bater resistencias. Não tarda muito e esta a fazer maximo anual.
Esta acção cota desde JAneiro de 2001 e chegou na altura a bater os 100 dolares.
Agora com a subia do petroleo e a mania das alternativas ai comecou ela novamente a entrar em delirio.
Like a jet engine, the Capstone MicroTurbine mixes fuel with air to create combustion. This combustion turns a magnet generator, compressor and turbine wheels on a revolutionary single shaft, air bearing design at high speed with no need for additional lubricants, oils or coolants. The result is a highly efficient, reliable, clean combustion generator with very low NOx emissions that, unlike diesel generators, can operate around the clock without restrictions. And, unlike combined cycle gas turbines, these power systems use no water.
