Caros colegas,

deixo-vos um texto, e um gráfico do SPY em pdf :

Multiple Unit Trading

It doesn’t matter how good your analysis is, you must always prepare for the
event that it may be incorrect. As everyone should know, the basic tool for capital
preservation or minimal losses when the market does not go your way is the stop
loss, but is there a way to still make money if your analysis is wrong? Multiple
unit trading.
The basic strategy for multiple unit trading is entering a position that has a
price target for each unit traded in order to secure immediate profits and also to
be in the position for the big moves. Since this tutorial is aimed for beginners we
will focus on a two unit trade. Trades with more than two units and adding units
on to existing trades should only be practiced only by seasoned traders. We will
touch on those two strategies in later tutorials.
Before a trade is entered, the initial protective stop loss and the primary price
target should be known. There should also be a basic idea of where the price
target for the second unit lies but it may change as the pattern of the market
unfolds. For a long trade the initial price target for the first unit should be the
initial resistance zone with high probability for a trend reversal. For a short trade,
it should be the initial support zone. The initial price target should also be
determined in the same time frame used to initiate the trade. For example, if
trade entry was determined on a 60M chart, so should the price target for the first
unit. The price target for the second unit may be determined on the same time
frame as the primary price target or on the next longer time frame.

Atentamente,
