"It's a matter of policy for S&P to reduce an issuer's credit rating whenever the company makes a formal offer to purchase outstanding securities at a discount to par. As S&P has indicated, Level 3's 'corporate credit rating is expected to be reassigned at CCC' following the successful completion of the tender offer. As such, we do not expect yesterday's announcement to have any impact on the company."

O Nasdaq abortou a subida ontem e a festa da subida da LVLT agora é na baixa.Não exageremos "com a pique" é para trabalhar na baixa.
Vendo fibonacci se furar o suporte dos 3,02 (70,7%) vem aos 2,87 dolares (bonzinho)

Possivelmente fará ressalto agora porque o SP%500 está agora a ir testar um dos máximos Enquanto estou a escrever isto.Repara que o Nasdaq está parado.
Porque é que isto é só tesão do mijo dos falcões arrogantes? O dolarzinho está caindo caindo e tem de rebentar por algum lugar.Tem gémeos....

Entre 2,6 - 2,8. Com as recomendações que li hoje não me parece pouco provável... basta duas sessões más. Ainda há 2 meses andava por ai.... sei pq já entrei e sai da lvlt 2 vezes nesse período.
Mas posso estar enganado. Mas parece-me que o momentum baixou e de que maneira.

NEW YORK, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Level 3 Communications Inc (LVLT.O: Quote, Profile, Research) , a wholesale communications network provider, said on Friday it has issued tender offers to buy up to $450 million of its debt securities due 2008.
Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 said the offers were due to expire on Nov. 29 and would be funded through borrowings under a proposed new secured credit facility set to mature in 2011. Merrill Lynch & Co. is the dealer manager for the offers.

Atenção, se hoje não houver muita força a puxar esta menina e senda amnhã 6ª feira.... penso que ainda é possível vê-la a $3 até amanhã.
