Sr Trichet

Bull or Bear? (interessante análise...)
Violence, with or without the blood!
The Equity markets are not moving, they are being violently shaken, as the bulls attempt to protect themselves from the final "Coup de Grace". This battle will draw blood from both-sides and the bulls may experience a period when they think they are going to get on top. But, I believe that they had better be really careful.
The bears, likewise, also need to watch for those horns, as when the bull has nothing to lose, he will stubbornly fight until he has no more to give.
I don’t think that the overall economic environment has changed over the past 24 hours, but it has become evidently clear that technical levels and chartist opinion are now more important than they have ever been before. This reliance on technical’s is to be expected, as most traders are completely detached from the masses of bearish fundamentals being thrown at them. Moreover, the only way stock brokers can show client’s reasons to trade, is to show it graphically – P/E ratios have little interest in this environment.
What will that mean for us…
Basically we are going to see a lot more violent intraday moves, lots more stop-orders placed at strategically chosen levels, and a lot of these moves will have even less rhyme or reason than normal.
The Bear will win this battle in the end…because fear is one of the few emotions stronger than greed. The bear will win, because he has come into the battle after a period when the bull has been running for too long. But, there will be punches thrown from both sides of this battle, which will splatter very much blood, with both animals getting hurt - So be prepared.
Whatever side you are going to enter this market from, protect yourself as best as possible.
Don’t trade without stops!
Good luck and good trading
