Pessoalmente ate gosto destes movimentos na Nokia , pois costumam prenunciar rallie ou tombo e normalmente concratizam-se inversamente ao anunciado.
O downgrade de hoje pode ter servido tao somente para o movimento que refere e este esteja antecipando algo de bom.
As 13:30 pm , vulgo hora dos US o director financeiro vai discursar no congresso anual das tecnologicas.

Parece-me que o final do dia de hoje está a dissipar possíveis alarmismos.
- Reagiu muito bem ao suporte dos 12€, depois de regredir na resistência dos 13€.
- O RSI fechou acima dos 50 (se faz assim tanta questão...).
- Nos States a NOK está bem e com alguma força (a ganhar 2%, neste momento).

Na A.T parece completar inversamente a figura formada na descida dando azo ao cabeça e ombros invertido, no entanto sera necessario que o rsi regresse a valor superior a 50 muito rapidamente.
A concretizar-se daria eventualmente o alvo mais proximo e provavel de 15 euros.

Nokia expands Henan MCC's GSM network in USD 200 million deal

Espoo, Finland - Henan Mobile Communications Corporation Ltd. in China has selected Nokia to provide phase 9 of its GSM network build out in a deal valued at USD 200 million. The phase 9 expansion, which will be the biggest increase in Henan MCC's network capacity since Nokia's cooperation began with the Chinese operator in 1995, will greatly enhance network coverage in rural regions, scenic spots, and city areas in Henan province.

Under the agreement, Nokia is providing GSM core and radio-access network equipment and services for operators. In addition to care services, Nokia will provide an extensive range of radio and core GPRS optimization services, software maintenance service and consultative support, as well as implementation service. Deliveries have begun and the network expansion will be fully operational in the first half of next year.

The deployment will increase the operator's capacity and coverage network throughout the central Chinese province of Henan, putting Henan MCC in an extremely competitive position.

Since 1995, Nokia has been Henan MCC's major supplier for every GSM expansion. Nokia is the operator's sole GSM core network supplier, as well as the sole supplier of GPRS and SMS equipment.
