A ex-dividend date é hoje, mas ontem a Colruyt já caiu mais de 5%. Os investidores pareceram pouco favoráveis à entrega de dividendos tão altos. Veremos se o suporte de 32,5-33€ ou a MM200 aguentam a acção...

Muito gostava eu de saber porque é que os acordos de dupla tributação não são aplicados (para o pequeno investidor tem um custo muito elevado).

À atenção daqueles que não gostam, como eu, de receber dividendos, devido ao ajuste posterior da cotação e pagamento excessivo de comissões bancárias e impostos associados... principalmente em acções estrangeiras.

General Shareholders' Meeting Etn Fr. Colruyt N.V. of 26/09/2012 Approval of the dividend and renewal of mandates of directors
In accordance with the resolutions carried out at the General Shareholders' Meeting of 26/09/2012 a dividend will be paid for the amount of:
- for the ordinary shares:
Gross 0.95 EUR
Net 0.7125 EUR per share after deduction of 25%
withholding tax
- for the VVPR shares:
Gross 0.95 EUR
Net 0.7505 EUR per share after deduction of 21%
withholding tax
The dividend will be payable as of 03/10/2012 on presentation of coupon no. 2 at the counters of every financial institution in Belgium. BNP Paribas Fortis Bank will act as the principal paying agent. The ex-date (detaching of the coupons) will be 28/09/2012 and the record date (centralisation of the coupons) will be 02/10/2012.
The General Meeting of Shareholders has approved the renewal of the mandates of directors of
Mr. François Gillet and Anima NV, with Mr. Jef Colruyt acting as
permanent representative. The new mandates will expire after the Annual General Meeting of 2016.
The "Chairman's Address for the General Meeting of Shareholders of Etn. Fr. Colruyt N.V. of
26 September 2012" has been published on our website on 26/09/2012 6 p.m.
