Hoje não estou lá muito motivado, tive logo de manhã o desgosto de assistir à partida de um casal vizinho e amigo, com a filha de 4 anitos, amiga das minhas filhas, para a Austrália, emigrar. A menina vai radiante, pensa que vai de férias. As minhas, porque sabiam, não conseguiram evitar chorar e dormiram mal esta noite. Não me parece que seja bom para o país, mandar o que temos de melhor e mais valioso embora, não me parece mesmo sr. primeiro ministro, hoje sinto-me mais pobre!

Em vez de ficar agarrado ao computador ou a uma consola de jogos durante as férias de verão, o pequeno Caine, que passava as férias na loja do pai, que vende peças para automóveis, começou a juntar caixas de cartão e a criar pequenos jogos, parecidos com parques de diversões. Como prémio oferecia os seus próprios brinquedos.

No início, esta atividade não foi mais do que um passatempo para Caine, já que ninguém parecia interessar-se pela sua ideia, até ao dia em que um cliente fez um vídeo com as construções e criou um evento no Facebook para trazer pessoas à loja. A partir daí tudo mudou.

O vídeo tornou-se viral - já foi visto mais de 7 milhões de vezes - e 200 mil pessoas confirmaram a presença na loja. Caine cobra 1 dólar por quatro jogadas e 2 dólares por um fun pass que dá direito a 500 jogadas, num dos cinco brinquedos disponíveis na loja do pai.

Não se sabe quanto dinheiro o pequeno empreendedor já ganhou, mas só em doações foram quase 200 mil dólares - que ele pretende usar para financiar a faculdade, segundo revela a "Entrepreneur"- e através de um site, vende t-shirts do seu pequeno parque, por 15 dólares cada.
