"Kazakhstan has banned oil exports in order to reign in prices. Kazakhstan is the 14th largest oil exporter as of 2006. Who will follow?
The cost of finding oil has skyrocketed as has confiscation via taxation. Now we're seeing bans on exports.
$150 oil may be here sooner than we think. This could be trouble. "
