Cumprimentos.

"Watch the Oversold Rally, Vigilantly"

"When you get this oversold, you know what I think. We get "protection" from big down moves on even really awful news.

Take Goldman Sachs (GS - commentary - Cramer's Take - Rating). Everyone who reads this knows there is nothing good happening here, nothing at all. Business is just bad. But it doesn't matter right here because we are so so oversold.

Tech can take off just on National Semi (NSM - commentary - Cramer's Take - Rating) and the continued weak dollar. Be my guest. Worth a trade.

My take is this, let it lift. Let it go up. Enjoy the rally, (I don't expect it to last though) and watch everything from tech to finance trend higher. But don't dare lose your vigilance. This is an awful market and the pattern is to go down until we get to the level on the S&P oscillator that I use, which is minus five (almost there but hate to anticipate it), and then we bounce for a week, or even two, until we get overbought and then we get hammered again.

I expect this pattern to last because we had a horrible employment number and it didn't matter to the market. And we are only on day one of the oversold condition.

Random Musings: Fed in buying $50 billion in agency paper, sparking financial rally. You need to know that will help NLY to MER."
