Aproveito e deixo aqui neste tópico o gráfico da SON actualizado.
O título - que tem sido uma das grandes estrelas da nossa praça nos últimos anos - apresenta uma tendência de alta bem forte e consistente em termos de médio/longo-prazo.
De momento (muito curto-prazo) encontra-se a corrigir o que em nada compromete para já a tendência dominante do papel.
Os 1.44/1.45€ poderão funcionar como suporte agora...
O título - que tem sido uma das grandes estrelas da nossa praça nos últimos anos - apresenta uma tendência de alta bem forte e consistente em termos de médio/longo-prazo.
De momento (muito curto-prazo) encontra-se a corrigir o que em nada compromete para já a tendência dominante do papel.
Os 1.44/1.45€ poderão funcionar como suporte agora...

SAO PAULO, Brazil (AP) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. took a firm step Wednesday toward boosting its presence in Latin America, buying 140 Brazilian hypermarkets, supermarkets and wholesale outlets from a Portuguese conglomerate.

The 635 million euros ($764 million) purchase from Sonae SGPS SA fits into Wal-Mart's strategy of rapid overseas growth, and executives with the world's largest retailer said they want to expand more in Latin America and elsewhere outside the United States.
"We will continue to be opportunistic and look at both organic growth and mergers and acquisitions opportunities around the world," Craig Herket, president of Wal-Mart Americas, said at a press conference.
Herket and other Wal-Mart executives declined to identify other countries that Wal-Mart may target in Latin America, but said future growth may come through construction of new stores or acquisitions of other retailers.
In addition to Brazil, Wal-Mart owns stores in Argentina, Mexico and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. The company in September bought a 33 percent stake in Costa Rica-based Central American Retail Holding Co., which owns 363 stores in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.
Wal-Mart is actively seeking to expand its international business, as sales and profitability there grow faster than in the United States. In the most recent quarter ended Oct. 31, the international segment accounted for 20 percent of Wal-Mart group sales, up 12 percent from a year before.
The company's operating income for the quarter from international operations grew 14 percent year-on-year, more than double the 6 percent rate for the Wal-Mart Stores division that runs its flagship U.S. operations.
With the Brazil purchase, Wal-Mart strengthens its spot as the No. 3 retailer in Latin America's most populous country, and essentially bumps No. 4 Sonae off the ranking chart.
Wal-Mart Brasil President Vicente Trius said the company isn't concerned about pushing its position higher. But analysts predicted the retailer wants to eventually surpass the market leader, Brazil's Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao SA, or at least rise above the second-largest player, France's Carrefour SA.
"I don't think Wal-Mart's appetite will stop here. The company's focus is to be the top player or second in markets where they operate," said Alexandre Garcia, a retail analyst with the Agora Senior brokerage in Rio de Janeiro.
Wednesday's deal follows Wal-Mart's purchase last year of a Brazilian supermarket chain from Dutch retailer Royal Ahold NV. That $300 million deal gave Wal-Mart 120 stores in northeastern Brazil.
The deal with Sonae came with a slightly higher pricetag than the $700 million than analysts expected.
It gives Wal-Mart stores operating under four different names across Brazil's more populous south. Wal-Mart also gets four distribution centers, seven restaurants, three gas stations and a meat packing plant.
Wal-Mart will now have 295 stores in 17 of Brazil's 26 states, and plans to open another 15 Brazilian stores next year.
Buying stores already operating in countries like Brazil instead of building more Wal-Mart outlets makes sense for the company, said Patricia Edwards, a portfolio manager at Wentworth, Hauser & Violich in Seattle, Washington.
"It is really difficult for Wal-Mart to go into a new country and just build from the ground up," said Edwards, whose company manages $6.4 billion in assets and holds about 64,000 Wal-Mart shares. "They're doing it in China. But if you look at anywhere else they have gone into, they have always partnered with a local company of some sort."
Sonae, which earlier sold some of its Brazilian stores to Carrefour, said it was getting out of the retail business in Brazil in part because of sky-high interest rates that have stifled growth and consumption in South America's largest economy.
But Herket said Wal-Mart executives aren't concerned about Brazil's benchmark Selic rate, which stands at 18.5 percent and has been kept high for years in a bid to control inflation and promote slow, sustainable growth.
"We feel very good about the stability of the economic environment in Brazil," he said.
Wal-Mart shares were up 10 cents to $49.42 on the New York Stock Exchange in Wednesday afternoon trading. Sonae shares fell 1.3 percent on the Lisbon Stock Exchange.

Se a notícia que está no JNegócios desde manhã é verdadeira, a venda foi feita por 763,7 milhões de dolares. Se multiplicarem esta verba por 1.20€, verão que o resultado é: 636,4 milhões de €. O BPI tinha avaliado estes activos em 620 milhões de €. Onde é que está o prejuízo? Francamente não entendo.

Acho um bocado ridiculo essa insistencia da Lisbon Broker na compra da acção SONAE (devem estar lá enterrados).
Ora, se a SONAE vai ficar sem 30% dos seus activos e receitas (com o spin-off da Industria) porque é que irá subir? Tem de haver transferência do valor da acção para a Indústria.
Argumento da LB: "Ahh, mas vai receber $$ novo que vai investir blá blá blá". É verdade, vai receber cacau novo que poderá investir bem ou mal.
Ora, se a SONAE vai ficar sem 30% dos seus activos e receitas (com o spin-off da Industria) porque é que irá subir? Tem de haver transferência do valor da acção para a Indústria.

Então os homens venderam coisas que estavam avaliadas em 634 Milhões por " acima de 500 Milhões " ?!
Fui eu que percebi mal ou é mesmo assim ?!
É que a cotação , que quebrou os 1,48 vái-me obrigar a comprar a 1,43 ( que eu espero que toque em breve...só um toquzinho ...nada à bruta ...) .
