Por acaso ninguém consegue colocar aqui um gráfico que tenha as cotações antigas ajustadas?

neste momento a acçao foi ao ponto de origem, 10,40€.

fecho interessante, vela praticamente cheia, sombra pequena o que DEIXA antever uma GRANDE Probabilidade de continuar mesmo movimento-subida.

Chamo atençao para fecho do GAP !!,20€ ,antigos 1,60.

Getronics signs five-year service contract with a leading global bank



New major contract for Getronics



Amsterdam, 6 juli 2005

Getronics today announced a five-year contract for service desk and desktop services for Deutsche Bank employees primarily based in the US and UK. This expands on Getronics' current three-year relationship with the bank providing services for Deutsche Bank's remote users.



Getronics, operating under proven ITIL-based processes, was able to satisfy all of the bank's requirements for stable, high-quality, cost-effective service delivery. Getronics has assets and infrastructure already in place in 30 countries and can deliver services in 60 more.

Kevin Roche, Getronics vice chairman of the Board of Management and executive vice president, Americas, says, "This expansion is a new major contract and continues to validate Getronics strategy and direction. Over a third of our business is in financial services, which brings an even broader depth of experience to our knowledge of Deutsche Bank's specific environment and needs. Since our remote global infrastructure is already in place, it is an easy and natural step for us to expand the services we already provide".

Transition of existing services will commence in July, with full service delivery starting in November 2005.

ABN Amro Resumes Getronics Coverage At Buy

Says PinkRoccade acquisition is an opportunity for Getronics to copy-and-paste the cost-cutting strategy embarked on in '03. As Getronics's overall growth may improve as well, this could prove a well-timed step. Shares +1.8% at EUR10.01 (STS)

Reverse split of shares Getronics

Getronics announces that the Board of Management, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, has decided that the effective date of the reverse split will be Wednesday 29 June 2005.

At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Getronics held on 11 April 2005 the shareholders of Getronics approved, amongst other matters, the amendment of the articles of association at such time to be determined by the Board of Management, subject to approval by the Supervisory Board, in order to effectuate a reverse split of each 7 outstanding shares (nominal value EUR 0.04 each) into 1 share (nominal value EUR 0.28 each).

On Tuesday 28 June 2004, after close of trading, each 7 outstanding shares (nominal value EUR 0.04 each) will be consolidated into 1 share (nominal value EUR 0.28 each). Any fractions resulting from the consolidation of the ordinary shares will be processed in accordance with the customary procedures of the relevant financial intermediaries.

Listing of and trading in the ordinary shares Getronics (nominal value EUR 0.28 each) on the Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam will start on Wednesday 29 June 2005 under the new

ISIN-code NL0000355915 (securities code: 35591).

Adjustment conversion price of convertible bonds

As a result of the reverse stock split, Getronics will give notice on Wednesday 29 June 2005, through an advertisement in the Official Price List of Euronext Amsterdam and the daily newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad, of an adjustment to the conversion price of the 5.5% unsubordinated convertible bonds due 2008 (the "Convertible Bonds") issued by Getronics in October 2003. Such adjustment will become effective upon issue of the notice.

Getronics announces that the new conversion price of the Convertible Bonds will be EUR 9.73. The new conversion price will be adjusted in accordance with Condition 4(b)(1)(A) and calculated in accordance with Condition 4(b)(2)(A) of the terms and conditions of the Convertible Bonds.

mas a acção ja incorporou isso cm é natural, o preço da acção vai ser actualizado no dia seguinte ou nao ?no site da caixabi nao vi la nada a falar disso..

"Fui informado" de que quem deter activos getronics até 29-jun-05 passa a ter mais 1 por cada 7 que tenha em carteira.
ex: 77.000 = 88.000 (sem mais gasto algum).
