LISBON, April 28 (Reuters) - Portuguese Internet and telecoms company Sonaecom posted first-quarter net profit of 9.132 million euros on Thursday, well above analysts' estimates.
Seven analysts surveyed by Reuters had predicted net profit at Sonaecom, an affiliate of Sonae SGPS , would be 1.1 million euros to 5.7 million euros, with an average of 3.3 million euros, under the new IFRS international accounting standards.
