Vivendi proposes 3 new supervisory board members

PARIS, March 14 (Reuters) - French telecoms and media group Vivendi Universal said on Monday it would ask its shareholders to approve nominations for three new members to its supervisory board.
Vivendi said Patrick Kron, Chairman and Chief Executive of heavy engineering firm Alstom would be one of the nominees.
Former Polish Finance and Foreign Affairs Minister Andrzej Olechowski and Sarah Franck, Chairman of Sarah Franck & Co would also be nominated, Vivendi said.
The nominations will be voted on at Vivendi's annual general meeting on April 28.
