Two brokers downgrade Nokia to 'sell' rankings (NOK)

LONDON (CBS.MW) -- Citigroup Smith Barney downgraded Finnish mobile phone and systems maker Nokia Corp. (NOK) to a "sell" from "hold" at Citigroup Smith Barney in a downbeat note on the group, according to AFX News. The broker said Nokia's product mix continues to deteriorate and that product range evolution appears slow. European broker WestLB also downgraded the stock to "underperform" from "neutral."
