Dear Subscriber to TheStreet.com Stocks Under $10,
In early December, we recommended that investors add some
speculative stocks to their portfolio as the market was
bidding up names with higher betas. One of those stock
ideas, telecom equipment company Ciena (CIEN:Nasdaq), is on
the move, and we want to tell you readers what we'd be
doing if we had taken a position. (At the time, we didn't
add the stock to our portfolio because we were fully
invested.)
Ciena shares have rallied some 38 cents to $3.15 a share in
the past 2 1/2 weeks, or 14% above our recommended price.
Shares are 36 cents higher today alone, on heavy volume. We
don't see any news that justifies this move, and would be
taking half of our position off the table here, locking in
a nice double-digit gain heading into the end of the year.

é o próximo alvo, comenta-se no mercado que esta grande liquidez no papel no final da sessão tem a ver com uma possível Opa. Não sei, é apenas especulação, mas o que é certo é que já não via uma puchada assim á muito tempo.

ac,mantenho em carteira ciena a 1,77,hoje estive tentado em sair,será que terá força para passar os 3,50?vou ver como ela se porta amanhá para dicidir.

já vai nos 3.20. Amanhã com jeitinho chega acima dos 3.50.
A liquidez de hoje ultrapassou os 51 milhões de titulos negociados, 5 vezes o normal.
Palavras para quê ???
Durante o mês de Agosto, fui muitas vezes criticado quando disse que os fundamentais da empresa ultrapassavam a cotação actual, enfim certamente agora ninguém se lembra.
