Portfolio online GRÁTIS. Alguém sabe como fazer o refresh?

Vou sugerir aos administradores que criem um espaço para se introduzir software. Concordam?
Este é o meu contributo para o começo desse espaço que nunca niguém se lembrou de criar na Web portuguesa.
NOTA: Se alguém souber como se faz o refresh automatico email me.
LinkBuilder Installation:
1. Copy the LinkBuilder.xla to the c:\Program Files\Toteboard directory. If this directory does not exist, create it.
2. From Excel, when a workbook is open, click on Tools..Add-Ins.
3. Within the Add-Ins menu, click on Browse.
4. Browse to the location of the LinkBuilder.xla, (c:\Program Files\Toteboard) highlight, then Click Ok.
NOTE: This only needs to be done once to work with any spreadsheet that utilizes the Linkbuilder function.
