Eu percebo onde queres chegar, Incognitus, mas os mercados são um palco de variadas estratégias e a verdade é que os responsáveis da PSFT, mesmo que consideremos incoerentes as suas afirmações, conseguiram com que a Oracle subise (e de que maneira!) a sua oferta pela PSFT. Não podiam ter defendido melhor os interesses dos accionistas.
