Eu estou longo na GNBT ( desde os 0.385 ), não propriamente numa base técnica , mas sim numa possibilidade de sucesso dos produtos ( AE37 ). Fica aqui os ultimos rumores.

aliás parafraseando alguem aqui do forum o "grafico fala por si"...
critico mesmo, só mesmo para quem está dentro, obviamente longo...
edit: esta acção, para quem não se apercebeu, perdeu metade do seu valor em pouco mais de 3 meses; eu gosto de pennystocks, atenção, mas este setup só mesmo bom para shorts (caso fosse possível); aliás, este gráfico de pernas para o ar era um mimo!

1ºfacto: a frase" ..a estes níveis não consegue comprar nada" está errada. Para a seaside o que interessava era manter o preço com um cotação média de 0,3710. Independentemente de ser negociada uma ou 100 milhões de acções.
2ºfacto: neste momento a seaside tem no mínimo 12 milhões de acções em carteira.
3ºfacto: a generex aumentou com estre acordo o cash.
4ºfacto: a partir deste momento a seaside pode despejar as acções que tem em carteira. Se comprou a este preço vai querer ganhar bastante. A primeira compra foi efectada a 0,47x.
5ºfacto: os próximos dias / semanas vão ser críticos para a generex. Porque: vamos ficar a saber os resultados exactos da fase II do breast cancer, os resultados preliminares da fase III do oral lyn. E...... quem sabe a tão falada parceria com uma big pharma. Uma coisa é certa: a volatibilidade vai aumentar. Aguardo tb uma PR a dar notícia da extensão do nasdaq.

Devido ao suporte 0,36 estar aguentar.
Não esqueçer uma coisa. Abaixo dos 0,36 começa a ficar crítico para a Seaside 88 comprar as tranches de 2 milhões de acções (de duas em duas semanas). Por isso é natural que eles entrem em acção!!!
A Seaside deve gostar da generex! afinal têm a intenção de comprar 50 milhões de acções! Mas estou com um feeling que isso não vai acontecer!.. pura especulação! depois explico!

Era de esperar que o acordo com a Seaside 88 não durasse muito.

Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On June 18, 2010, Generex Biotechnology Corporation (the "Company") exercised its right to terminate that certain Common Stock Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") entered into by and between the Company and Seaside 88, LP on April 7, 2010, as amended on April 28, 2010. The Agreement is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC")on April 8, 2010, and the amendment is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on April 29, 2010. The Agreement related to the Company's offering and sale of up to 49,455,130 shares of the Company's common stock. The Agreement required the Company to issue and sell, and Seaside to purchase, up to 2,000,000 shares of common stock once every two weeks (except the number of shares sold in the last closing would not exceed 1,455,130), subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and certain exceptions, beginning on April 8, 2010 and ending on or about the date that is forty eight (48) weeks subsequent to thereto. The Agreement further provided that the Company would not issue and sell more than 49,455,130 shares of common stock, without first obtaining stockholder approval.
The Company terminated the Agreement because it believes that the financing terms as contemplated by the Purchase Agreement are not in the best interest of the Company at the current time. The Company has not incurred any early termination penalties.

New hope for vaccine cancer cures

A variety of circumstances have brought new hope for vaccines that don’t just prevent cancer, but cure it.
Eric von Hofe, president of Antigen Express, founded by the now-retired Robert Humphreys from the University of Massachusetts, said technology, safety, and a changing regulatory environment are all contributing to the new business environment.
The technology Antigen is using is called a li-key hybrid (above). It involves replacing only some peptides in a cancerous cell, which can loosen the hold of an antigen that enables the cancer to reproduce and spread.
Because the new therapies are dealing with peptides working against proteins within cells, aimed at stimulating the immune system, rather than neutered copies of cells, they are far less-toxic than regular chemotherapy, von Hofe said, and can be tried on less advanced cancers.
“Our most advanced compound is in phase two clinical trials for breast cancer,” he noted. A phase two trial is an important step in any drug’s development, because success can result in a bid for FDA approval.
A phase one test on prostate cancer has also been completed. “We released some interim data last year,” he said. “It’s clear now that active therapeutics will have a future in terms of treating cancer. People are now accepting it.”
Another reason for hope is “research into the bio-markers for specific cancers. Tons of work has been done. There’s a lot known about tumor associated antigens.” Thus the targets for peptide therapy keep increasing in number.
A therapeutic vaccine for cancer also has political advantages over a prophylactic vaccine like Gardasil, von Hofe said.
Most people getting a prophylactic vaccine that prevents disease won’t need the protection, he noted. Therapeutic vaccines, on the other hand, must be compared with alternative therapies, which in the case of cancer means very toxic chemicals. It’s an easier decision for a patient to make.
The term to use for the new class of vaccines is immuno-therapeutic vaccines, von Hofe added. It’s a mouthful but descriptive. You’re creating therapies that aim to stimulate the immune system.
There is still risk. There have been failures, like Dendreon. But there is also a lot of good research going in, at places like Harvard and the University of Washington. “There are networks banding together to do trials. There’s infrastructure there. There are a lot of people in this field.”
It’s the start of something that could become very big.

Não me parece...
Gosto sempre de aprender e tentar perceber o que esta acção altamente especulativa tem de potencial. Mas confesso que não tendo lido o artigo do thestreet, parece-me tudo um pouco shady!
Para já hoje desceu mais 3,24% e já com uma queda de mais de 50% desde o inicio do ano...
Não me parece...

Desculpem lá a minha desconfiança sobre esta acção, mas pondo as coisas de forma muito simples:
não acham que se houvesse a minima viabilidade de uma revolução tão fantástica como ter um medicamento para adminstrar insulina a diabetes por via oral, que essa empresa mesmo que ainda estivesse em fase de testes, que já teria sido comprada?!
E ainda estar a cotar abaixo dos 0,50$ e a descer?!
Alguma coisa ultrapassa-nos a todos aqui...

brevemente vamos ter notícias sobre o oral-lyn! a generex vai nas próximas semanas actualizar informação sobre o oral-lyn. É expectável a aprovação do oral-lyn em 2011. Trata-se de um produto seguro, eficiente e mais eficaz que a actual forma injectável de insulina.
mas antes disso ainda temos os dados do AE37!
e o provavél anúncio de uma parceria com uma grande farmaceútica... especulação? talvez.....
só mais uma nota: a actual cotação da gnbt está a ser controlada. A seaside 88 é a responsável. Se repararem, a cotação pivot de 0,37 não aparece por acaso..... já expliquei várias vezes.... e a generex está a colaborar com isso pois precisa de cash para aumentar o poder de negociação na parceria que deverá ser anunciada. Estejam atentos à cotação... todo o movimento vai ser muito rápido.

acho que não vai ser hoje! era para ser segunda, depois passou para terça, agora é quarta....
é estranho, não é? isto é normal? não me parece!!! porque tanto segredo!
vou especular: estão à espera que os resultados do ae37 sejam publicados numa revista de referência, para depois anunciar uma parceria com uma Big Pharma. Se isso acontecesse a CEO iria brilhar na conference call!!

Recorde de volume na bolsa alemã para a generex. Desde do dia 10 de Setembro de 2009 que a generex não tinha um volume tão elevado. Nesse dia atingiu o máximo na bolsa alemã e americana.... fica a chamada de atenção....
