Permita-me fazer-lhe uma pequena observação, numa base GAAP, o prejuízo líquido do segundo trimestre de 2012 foi de US $ 4,2 milhões, ou $ (0,08) por ação.
Embora continue a registar prejuízos, sendo os acumulados de valor significativo, constata-se que em termos gerais ocorreu uma melhoria dos indicadores, o que não se traduziu numa reacção da cotação, após divulgação de resultados.
Também estou curioso por ver como reage a cotação durante o decorrer do dia de amanhã.

Deixo aqui análise completa publicada no blog ontem depois do fecho para a FORM.
"FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ:FORM) on the way to test the $7 level again. The technical chart above shows that although the decline looks impressive in the short-term, it's still within a rising channel that started in December 2011. With the stock again above the 50-day moving average and stochastic moving up, it looks like the stock is heading for the top of the channel again ! If you are bullish on the stock now is a nice time to buy and aim for the most recent high. If the stock does continue the bullish trend stay above 5.8, the next important resistance is 7, this should be the max target for the short-term though a break above does open up more room to the upside. Additionally, the accumulation indicator shows the strength of conviction behind this Bullish trend. Lets keep an eye on it."

Fica aqui um update à empresa com AT publicada este fim-de-semana no blog.
"FormFactor, Inc.(NASDAQ:FORM) looks to have solid support at these prices and should start to trend higher from here. It's trading within a rising channel. FORM's stock has just touched the bottom of the channel and rebounced from there. In addition, the accumulation line starts to turn up, RSI is above 50 and has broken above its downtrend line. This company is in the midst of a turnaround and I expect the stock price to start to rise in anticipation. Early this month DA Davidson initiated the stock with a "Buy" rating and a price target of $12. They believe FormFactor is ready for "a return to profitability as the industry recovers and could more than double within just a year."

Continuo com uma visão Bullish no titulo....
"Stock has entered into a consolidation phase after rising very fast in the past few days. The bias remains bullish in nearest term. Immediate resistance remains at $6. Break above that level could trigger further bullish momentum towards $6.5 area. Initial support remains at $5.54 ( 20-day moving average ). I expect positive trend in the stock to continue with immediate target placed at $6."

A FORM foi hoje uma das minhas stock picks no twitter e alongei a posição que detinha nela junto aos 5.40. Será interessante ver aqui a reacção que irá ter junto á sua forte resistência na zona dos 5.8-5.82. A sua quebra levarnos-á imediatamente até aos 6. A DA Davidson deu um Price Target de $12 no inicio da semana.

Bem apanhada AC!
Atênção que o volume mencionado no gráfico na primeira vez que postei foi tirado durante a sessão e não propriamente em fecho. Fica o gráfico actualizado.
Deixo também análise feita no blog : "Breaking out of a well-defined base on decent volume. Note $5.50 was resistance, now support. The MACD is still above the technical signal line. Also, the ADX chart has given some strength to this movement. Watch for follow-through next week."
