O FED, o BCE começou apenas agora com este tipo de leilões. Até agora os leilões eram feitos com um máximo de capital defenido e com um minimo de taxa de juro para fazer a oferta.

A autoridade monetária da Zona Euro, vai lançar um leilão com uma taxa variável e sem nenhuma quantia pré-definida, que terá início amanhã e terminará no dia 7 de Novembro, anunciou o BCE, segundo a Bloomberg.
Este programa de refinanciamento tem como objectivo melhorar a liquidez do mercado.
O BCE anunciou ainda que “o programa especial de refinanciamento deverá ser renovado pelo menos até depois do fim do ano.”
o EUR/USD segue a perder praticamente 3 centimos
