Recap of Monday's Action:
Good Morning.
No Headline Call today and no Live Updates Trades due to the FOMC meeting. We will be standing aside today but back tommorrow with full Headline Call and trade recommendations.
Here are my Wrap Up comments on our Live Update Service for Monday.
"The market gapped up +5 handles on the opening showing it's continued bullish strength as expressed in our Headline Call.
We were looking for early pullbacks to find strength today but did NOT expect the Hour One low to get hit first. We got long at 1196.25 just before close of first hour which at the time of 1194.75.
At exactly 9:30/9:31 est market plunged to 1192.50 creating new Hour One low of 1193.25 causing us to take some heat on our long position.
We held out, watched the new low at 1192.00 come in and on a bounced posted that we would get out if prices could not hold 1192.00.
Gradually prices rose and we had suggested that there would be a move back to the Hour One high, next resistance at 1199.25 and that we would most likely hit 1200 today.
Our prediction came true as prices gradually moved higher into the 1:30-2:00 est time frame. We got our pop up through 1199.25 hitting 1200.00 where we watched the trade for some time and then posted to exit the long position showing up to +3.00 pts profit at the time of the post.
We stood aside the rest of the day as prices pulled all the way back to 1197 and then put in higher highs at 1201.00 and then climbed higher into the close before settling out. REMEMBER: NO LIVE TRADES ON TUESDAY DUE TO FOMC MEETING."
Today's Call & Briefing:
