Novabase: Caixagest investment funds reach 5.07% of the company´s share capital

The investment funds managed by Caixagest now have a 5.07% stake in the capital of Novabase which corresponds to 5.08% of its voting rights. (Company Release)

Impact: Neutral. Now Novabase´s shareholding structure is: Management (60%); BES (10%); Caixagest (5.07%); CGD Pension funds (4.54%); BCP funds (3.17%).
